A FEW GROOMING TIPS

Dry Skin Tips

A Few Grooming Tips
The small bumps that you get on the top of your arms and maybe on your thighs,  is mainly due to dry skin.  Use exfoliating gloves when you shower or bathe in order to remove any dry skin.  Pat dry with a towel or just air dry while wrapped in a robe or towel.  Apply baby oil (or any oil that you prefer or normally use) onto skin while you are still moist or even wet.  Water is the best way to rehydrate your skin.  The oil  keeps the water next to your skin.

If you like to take baths, do not put the oil into the water first.  If you do, the oil clings to your skin and it causes a barrier preventing the water from hydrating your skin.  It is more effective if you apply the oil onto your skin when you are finished bathing and when you are still wet.  Then just air dry with a towel or bath robe wrapped around you.

Shaving Tips

Skin plumps up the longer it is exposed to water.  So, in order to achieve a close shave on your legs and/or underarms - shave as soon as you get into the shower or bath.

Exfoliating Feet

I swear by those metal foot scrapers.  They look somewhat like a mini cheese grater.  If you 'faithfully' use one every time you have a shower/bath, you can say 'Good bye' to calluses and dry skin!

SHARED QUOTES

"One's philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes. In the long run, we shape our lives and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And, the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility."
