Laughter is Healthy - And Suprisingly Contagious

When was the last time you had a great laugh? I hope it was recent because laughter is healthy and can be powerful, strong medicine for both your mind and your body. Nothing can make you feel better more quickly than a genuine burst of good old belly laughter.

Healing Application â Lavender Anti-wrinkle Complexion Oil

Used daily, this homemade gentle anti-wrinkle serum will help to soothe dry skin and help prevent wrinkles.

Your Space:

For dry, damaged and unhealthy hair *=for blondes

    * 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    * 1 teaspoon olive oil
    * 1/2 banana
    * 3/4 avocado
    * *squeeze of lemon

Mash avocado and banana until almost all chunks are gone. Add in olive oil and mayonnaise (lemon as well if you choose). Mix together into a creamy texture. Place in hair, concentrating on ends. Leave in hair for 10-15 minutes. Rinse out in shower then wash with shampoo. After using 3-5 times, your hair should be stronger than ever. You may add coconut milk as well, but the smell of the mixture may become too harsh.

Store the rest in refrigerator; up to 1 week.

Mexican Spinach Salad

So far, the most unusual spinach salad I have tossed up is this one with Mexican flavors. It includes heat from roasted poblano pepper and crunch from corn chips, along with a shower of crumbled feta, and a sweet-tart lime and honey dressing.
